Joseph Breen
Board Member
Joe Breen specializes in employment law litigation and counseling, particularly wrongful discharge and retaliation claims involving alleged race, age and sex discrimination, sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, FMLA, CFRA, ADA, disability, and other employment issues. In addition, he provides preventive counseling in workplace matters including wage and hour claims and other alleged Labor Code violations. He has extensive business litigation experience, including breach of contract, fraud, and unfair business practices claims.
Joe lectures frequently to professional organizations and human resources groups including the Association of Corporate Counsel of America and the Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA), where he serves on the Legislative Affairs Committee and as an inaugural board member of NCHRA’s San Francisco/Marin Chapter.
He is president of the Northern California Irish American Bar Association. He is an inaugural member of the UC Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholarship Alumni Leadership Committee. Joe received his B.S. in accounting and finance from Haas with academic distinction as a Regents’ Scholar. He received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law.
Christina Z. Hollingsworth

Christina Hollingsworth is a Senior Assurance Service Manager at Dillwood Burkel & Millar, LLP (DBM) in Santa Rosa. She started her public accounting career in the Bay Area with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte & Touche after graduating from Haas in 2000. She has provided auditing, accounting, and consulting services for small-to-medium sized businesses in the North Bay since 2005. Prior to joining DBM, she was an assurance service manager at Pisenti & Brinker LLP, a McGladrey Alliance firm in Petaluma, where she led the firm’s nonprofit practice group. In addition to her specialty in nonprofit accounting and auditing, Christina works closely with clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, technology, wineries, vineyards, and health care.
Christina is active in community service and currently serves as a finance committee member for Petaluma Health Center. At Haas, she served as VP of Alumni Relations and Senior Advisor at the Haas Business School Association (HBSA).

Bill Bockwoldt is a Financial Advisor with Private Ocean, voted the 2013 Best Wealth Management Firm in the North Bay. His background includes over 20 years of marketing and business development experience in technology markets including semiconductor, software, security, and telecommunications. Ellen S. O’Connor
President
Ellen O’Connor has lectured in business schools in the U.S., France, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland. She has won three prizes from the Academy of Management for her academic research in qualitative methods, management history, and entrepreneurship. She has consulted to cities, universities, and companies. In 2012, she published Creating new knowledge in management: Appropriating the field’s lost foundations, with Stanford University Press. She is currently working on research and development in executive education.
