Upcoming

  • Spring Lake Water Bark and Guided Walk: Santa Rosa, Sat., Sept. 24, 4-6 p.m.

Join fellow Berkeley barkers and Haas hounds at a unique event:  Spring Lake Water Bark!

Whether you have a dog or not, you will get a kick out of the canine antics at the Water Bark, where dogs swim in the lake and romp off-leash on the beach to their heart’s content.  And if an easy walk in a beautiful outdoor setting is more your style, we will accommodate that too.

    Date:  Sat., Sept. 24, 2016

Place:  Spring Lake Swimming Lagoon, 393 Violetti Rd., Santa Rosa

Time:  4-4:45 p.m., Water Bark gathering; 5 – 6 p.m., Guided walk departing from the Water Bark

RSVP:  ellensoconnor@gmail.com by Sat., Sept. 17

(Note:  The Water Bark fee is $5 for members of Sonoma County Regional Parks and $7 for non-members.  Parking is free for members and $7 for non-members.)

Melissa Kelley (MBA ’93), Executive Director of Sonoma County Regional Parks Foundation, will lead the walk and share observations about the Lake and the Regional Parks.
